Can I change or cancel my order?

As we offer 48 hour delivery we have to process orders as fast as possible and so we have had to automate our process. This means we are unable to cancel orders so please choose very carefully before ordering

Yes, although FREE shipping is only available in the UK

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Orders are processed immediately and if received before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered within 48 hours

How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer express 48 hour delivery in the UK.

What if I don't receive my order?
This will not happen, our deliveries are fully tracked.

Will I be charged taxes?
Our prices include all taxes.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
